DCM Associate’s Organizational Leadership Development Program

DCM’s experienced national nonprofit leadership experts will assess and develop your organization’s leadership development programs to:

• How to proactively identify and develop new leaders within your organization
• How to identify the competencies and skills that they will need to be successful
• How to create a professional leadership development plan for your entire organization

The DCM Leadership Development Program Includes an upfront assessment of your current program; 8 recorded nonprofit leadership courses, 4 Live Interactive Sessions on topics you select in consultation with DCM and the DCM online course – How to Become a High Performing Nonprofit Executive Leadership Team for up to 25 individuals in your organization and all participants will receive four books written by Dennis C. Miller and Joe Duffy.

The program is intended to be completed within 4 to 6 months.
