Ronald T. Baumiller Jr.

Managing Director

Ronald T. Baumiller Jr. is a Managing Director with extensive experience as an executive search consultant and research professional and brings over a decade of experience to the DCM team. He has been a successful strategic partner interfacing and influencing senior leadership on strategic initiatives, improving processes and driven to continually providing outstanding service to his clients.

His areas of expertise include working in higher education, nonprofits, business development, candidate research, organizational design, benchmarking and analytics and human resource legal and regulatory compliance.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ronald studied for his PhD and Master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and his MBA Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University.

In addition to Ronald’s search experience, he brings extensive experience in nonprofit board and volunteer experience serving on numerous boards and advisory boards including serving on the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association in Pittsburgh and Boston.
