Patrick Collins

Managing Director

Pat Collins, Managing Director, brings over 30 years of experience working for and with non-profit organizations. Early in his career, he served as a counselor and administrator for a community-based organization serving at-risk urban youth and then as an independent school educator and department chair.

For the past 25 years, Pat has served as a senior-level director and as fundraising counsel to a wide variety of New Jersey non-profits, including hospitals, educational institutions, religious and community-based organizations. Pat has in-depth experience in all aspects of institutional advancement, including program development, campaign management, major-gift fundraising, operational performance assessment, strategic planning, and board development.

In addition to his experience as a development professional, Pat has been very active in the grant-making community for the past 28 years. He currently serves as the president of a private, grant-making foundation based in Nevada. Pat has been an active member of the Council of New Jersey Grantmakers (CNJG) since 2003, and from 2005 – 2011, he served on CNJG’s Board of Directors. With his extensive background in development and foundations, Pat will be involved in all executive searches for C-Suite executives for foundations and an organization’s fundraising operations.

Patrick is a graduate of Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in theology from Boston College. He’s currently pursuing a second graduate degree in Non-Profit Management at the University of Notre Dame.

Patrick and his wife Jane are both long-time residents of Westfield. They have two adult sons, David and William.
