Carol Jee, CPA

Senior Vice President

Carol has extensive experience in finance in the nonprofit sector having worked for The Ford Foundation as a budget analyst and was a senior associate with the firm of Price Waterhouse Cooper LLC. She is a graduate of the Wharton Business School where she majored in economics and accounting and was also the President of the Accounting Society. Carol is known for being a multi-tasker, problem solver and relationship builder.

Carol recently served as the Vice President of Programming, Penn Club of Metro NJ and was the recent recipient of the Ben Franklin Award for Outstanding Service. Carol also served on the Executive Board as Treasurer for Consortium of Independent Schools that organized a speaker series on relevant topics. In her current role with DCM she plays a major role in candidate research identification as a key member of our executive search practice.
